    Règles et règlements

    CONCOURS

    1.1 Le " Manitoba's 2026 Adventure Dog " (le " concours ") offre aux résidents du Manitoba qui ont atteint l'âge de la majorité dans leur juridiction la chance de gagner l'un des trois prix. Le grand prix comprend le titre de Manitoba's Adventure Dog 2026, une carte-cadeau de 500 $ chez Cabela's, une carte-cadeau de 100 $ chez The Leaf à Winnipeg, un séjour de deux nuits au Rosé Beach House à Winnipeg Beach, un forfait Adventure Dog Merch et des occasions de collaborer avec Voyage Manitoba tout au long de l'année 2026 (le " grand prix "). Le prix de la deuxième place consiste en une carte-cadeau de 250 $ chez Cabela's et une carte-cadeau de 50 $ chez The Leaf à Winnipeg (le " prix de la deuxième place "). Le prix de la troisième place consiste en une carte-cadeau de 100 $ chez The Leaf à Winnipeg et une carte-cadeau de 30 $ au Hargrave St. Market à Winnipeg.

    1.2 Aucune substitution ni aucun remboursement en espèces n'est permis pour tout aspect du " prix ".

    1.3 Les collaborations doivent être déterminées par la Société Voyage Manitoba. Les collaborations doivent respecter nos directives en matière de contenu et peuvent être modifiées ou annulées à tout moment.


    DÉTAILS DU CONCOURS

    2.1 Le concours commence à 9 h, heure du Centre (HNC), le 3 novembre 2025 et se termine à 9 h, HNC, le 14 novembre 2025 (la " période du concours ").

    2.2 Les participants peuvent s'inscrire au concours en téléchargeant une photo ou une vidéo sur leur page publique Instagram ou TikTok montrant leur chien explorant le Manitoba avec le hashtag #MBAdventureDog2026. Seules les participations recueillies de cette manière pendant la période du concours sont admissibles pour gagner.

    2.3 Les gagnants du concours seront sélectionnés par Voyage Manitoba parmi toutes les participations admissibles en fonction de la qualité de la soumission et contactés par courriel. Les gagnants ont 72 heures pour répondre avant que le prix ne soit perdu et qu'un autre gagnant ne soit sélectionné.

    2.4 Le gagnant du " grand prix " doit signer un contrat et obtenir une assurance responsabilité civile afin de travailler en collaboration avec la Société Voyage Manitoba tout au long de l'année 2026. Les coûts de l'assurance responsabilité civile seront remboursés au gagnant du " grand prix " par la Société Voyage Manitoba une fois que la preuve d'achat aura été obtenue.

    ADMISSIBILITÉ

    3.1 Le concours est commandité par la Société Voyage Manitoba et ses partenaires et s'adresse aux résidents du Manitoba (la " province ") qui ont atteint l'âge de la majorité et qui résident dans la province, à l'exception des employés (actuels et anciens) et des filiales, agences de publicité et de promotion des partenaires du concours, des fournisseurs de biens, de prix et de services liés au concours, de toute autre personne directement liée à la tenue et/ou au parrainage du présent concours, ainsi que de leur famille immédiate (père, mère, frères, sœurs, enfants), de leur conjoint légal ou de fait et de toute personne avec laquelle ils résident.

    3.2 Le commanditaire du concours peut, à son entière discrétion, disqualifier toute personne de la participation au concours (un " participant ") et/ou refuser d'attribuer un prix dans le cadre du concours à tout participant qui s'est inscrit ou a tenté de s'inscrire au concours : a) en fournissant des renseignements faux et/ou trompeurs ; et/ou b) par tout moyen qui porterait préjudice aux autres participants au concours, que ce soit en contravention avec le règlement du concours ou par des moyens frauduleux et/ou illégaux ;

    COMMENT    PARTICIPER:

    4.1 Aucun achat n'est requis pour participer au concours.

    4..2 Pour participer au concours, vous devez suivre les étapes suivantes :
    a.) Les Participants peuvent participer au Concours en téléchargeant une photo ou une vidéo sur leur page publique Instagram ou TikTok montrant leur chien explorant le Manitoba avec le hashtag #MBAdventureDog2026.

    CHANCES DE GAGNER

    5.1 Les chances de gagner des prix dépendront et varieront en fonction du nombre total de participations admissibles reçues pendant la période du concours.

    TIRAGES ET PRIX

    6.1 Les gagnants du concours seront sélectionnés par le personnel de la Société Voyage Manitoba parmi toutes les participations admissibles à la fin de la période du concours, en fonction de la qualité des soumissions.

    6.2 Les prix ne sont pas transférables. Les gagnants des prix et leurs invités sont seuls responsables de toutes les dépenses qui ne sont pas spécifiquement incluses dans le prix, telles que les frais accessoires, le transport et toutes les dépenses personnelles.

    6.3 Pour être éligible et être déclaré gagnant par le juge du concours, un gagnant potentiel doit satisfaire à toutes les règles du concours et aux conditions de remise du prix.

    6.4 Only selected entrants will be notified by Instagram message by Travel Manitoba.

    DELIVERY OF GRAND PRIZE

    7.1 The sponsors of the Prizes for which the entrant has been selected must be able to reach the selected entrant by email within 72 hours of the draw. The Prize winners must sign a liability and publicity release form, a photo release contract as well as a skill testing question (using no mechanical means) as provided by the Prize sponsor within the period specified by the sponsor, releasing the sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Contest (including liability arising from the acceptance of and participation in the Prize as awarded) and confirming compliance with Contest rules before being declared winner of the Prize.

    7.2 If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or is contacted but does not claim his/her prize on or before the deadline, or does not meet all of the Contest rules and terms, the Contest judge(s) may disqualify the entrant from the Contest and another entry will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

    GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

    8.1 The Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for any Contest entries that are lost, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, and illegible or delayed for any reason.

    8.2 The Contest Sponsor may at its sole discretion make Prize substitutions of equivalent kind and value to the Prizes in the event of unavailability of any of the Prizes for reasons beyond the Contest Sponsor’s control.

    8.3 Any person who registers or attempts to register in the Contest by providing false and/or misleading information; and/or by any means which would prejudice other Participants in the Contest, whether contrary to the Contest Rules and Regulations or through fraudulent and/ or illegal means will be automatically disqualified from the Contest and may be subject to prosecution.

    8.4 All Prize entries are subject to verification by the Contest Sponsor. Any such entry that is illegible, incomplete, and fraudulent, mutilated, reproduced by hand or mechanically, sent or submitted late shall automatically be disqualified and will not entitle the Participant to the Prize.

    8.5 Decisions by the Contest Sponsor with respect to the Contest are final and binding on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility and procedure.

    8.6 By entering this contest, the winners of the Prizes authorize the Contest Sponsor and its agents to publish and/or broadcast his/her name, likeness, photograph, place of residence, voice and/or any statement made in connection with winning the Prizes, without compensation of any kind other than the Prize awarded. The winners of the Prizes will be required to execute a consent allowing publication and/or broadcast of his or her name, likeness, voice, statements and photographs without compensation.

    8.7. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for website loading, screening or posting errors, software, hardware, mail, telephone, network or server errors and reserve the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in the event a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention, or any other occurrence beyond their control corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, impartiality or normal operation of the Contest.

    8.8 The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Rules and Regulations of the Contest without materially affecting the terms and conditions thereof.

    8.9 The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations

    8.10 These Rules and Regulations govern the Contest and must be followed. In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and Regulations and any other material, these Rules and Regulations prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

    8.11 The value of the Prizes is not dependent upon the number of Contest entries received.

    8.12 The Contest and the Contest rules are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Manitoba and any dispute shall be adjudicated in the courts sitting in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

    PERSONAL INFORMATION

    9.1 By entering this contest, you agree that Travel Manitoba may disclose your personal information to the sponsor of the Prize, if your entry is drawn.

    9.2 All winners also consent to use of their name, city of residence, photograph and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes in all media carried out by the Prize sponsor without payment or compensation.

    9.3 Travel Manitoba is a Crown corporation and operates under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Travel Manitoba collects the personal information on the entry for its marketing activities. Travel Manitoba will use the personal information to administer this Contest including awarding the Prize.

    INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH INDIVIDUAL AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE CONTEST SPONSOR, THE CONTEST PARTNERS AND THEIR PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, LAW FIRMS, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE ARE MADE BY ANY PARTY. CONTEST SPONSOR, CONTEST PARTNERS, AND THEIR PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, LAW FIRMS, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.
