Roll out your mat for a great cause and join us for a playful kids’ yoga class in support of the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation with Alisa Hobbs Yoga and Fit Together Winnipeg.

This engaging class will keep your child motivated and moving with stretching and standing poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. We will also be making a craft! While the class is geared towards children ages 2-8, everyone is welcome to join in the fun.

Parents and Caregivers: Don’t forget your yoga mats! You and your child will bond while exploring your senses and moving through active yoga sequences, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, and mindfulness activities.

100% of the proceeds will be donated to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.
