Biting Back: Our Cultural Resilience is an exhibition that has been circulating through galleries in Canada since 2022. Indigenous Artist Pat Bruderer/Halfmoon Woman shares the story of Indigenous people through time from pre-contact to colonialism and into the future. This collection will be a story of survival, resilience and hope; the story of Indigenous people across Turtle Island and the world all through the preservation of a traditional art form - birch bark bitings.
