Manitoba delivers ways to relax and unwind

When people think about zen, they associate it with the practices of yoga and meditation. When you add winter to that equation, where a gentle snowfall brings with it a sense of calm, you have an almost perfect balance of what winter zen should look like.

Whether you’re looking for an afternoon to yourself or a weekend to connect with friends or family, Manitoba is ready to help you relax.

Manitoba's spa experiences are found on Treaty 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Territory and in communities who are signatories to Treaties 6 and 10. Manitoba encompasses the original lands of the Anishinaabeg, Anish-Ininiwak, Dakota, Dene, Ininiwak and Nehethowuk and the homeland of the Métis.
